A kidney health technology company engaged Pioneer to build an enterprise cloud data platform and integrate critical business systems during its divestiture from a major medical device company. The Challenge
The company needed to establish U.S. commercial systems under tight TSA deadlines while coordinating ERP deployment, data migration, third-party vendors, and system integrations across SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other business-critical tools.
The Need
Leadership needed reliable data flow, clear reporting, and a scalable cloud platform that could support finance, sales, orders, procurement, and enterprise decision-making during the transition.
The Approach
Pioneer designed and built a Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud data platform, created ETL workflows, mapped SAP ECC data to SAP S/4HANA BTP objects, and connected systems across ERP, CRM, logistics, analytics, and reporting environments.
The Reporting Layer
Pioneer developed Tableau dashboards embedded in Salesforce and Power BI dashboards that modeled complex financial data from multiple sources, helping teams move from manual reporting to more reliable analytics.
